IN2HEALTH & WELLBEING CIC is a social enterprise committed to improving the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged young people in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. We use sport, physical activity, mentoring and education to positively engage our audience. Our holistic approach focuses on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing of young people so that they can become the best versions of themselves.

Stoke-on-Trent

More than 1 in 3 school children rely on Free School Meals, highlighting high levels of food insecurity.

Over 2 in 5 children are overweight or obese by Year 6, one of the highest rates in England.

Around 1 in 8 children (aged 5–19) have a mental health disorder, affecting thousands of young people.

More than 1 in 4 children in Stoke-on-Trent live in poverty, significantly above the national average.

Staffordshire

Nearly 1 in 6 children (aged 5–19) have a mental health disorder, a sharp rise in recent years.

More than 1 in 3 children in Staffordshire are overweight or obese by Year 6, showing rising health concerns.

Approximately 13.5% of children aged 5–16 in Staffordshire have a diagnosable mental health disorder, with many struggling to access support.

1 in 40 school-aged children have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, a growing challenge in schools.
